Our Nova Ranch series of homes is our full featured series, with full flexibility and option choices the Nova series is the choice for a high quality home and home buyer appeal.  Our Nova Ranch SK976A lives up to our Nova series standards and offers a beautiful Kitchen.  Classis Craft Custom Cabinets in Hickory help to create the allure of this kitchen!  A large Kitchen island with enough seating for four, great storage space, not to mention the great additional countertop space, it is the focal point of the kitchen.  The workspace in the kitchen is fabulous and the layout is perfect for the cook in the family, the L-shape around the island creates a great work flow.  The two kitchen windows over the sink let great natural light into the space.  The kitchen provides great storage space, including a pantry cabinet which we have optioned into a beverage center.  The kitchen is open into both the Dining room and the Living room.  The Dining room is a defined space and has the option for a patio door onto the beautiful front porch.  The Living Room is a large space and has great lines for furniture placement.  The three bedrooms in our Nova are grouped together off the Living room hallway.  The Master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and features a walk-in closet, as well as a very spacious Master Bathroom suite.  The bathroom includes double lav sinks, a soaker tub, a fiberglass shower, the commode is tucked in behind the shower wall for more privacy, and a nice linen cabinet. The shower has many options to be upgraded; our model shows the home with a ceramic tile walk-in shower.  The floorplan shows another bathroom options to go to a larger shower, omitting the soaker tub. With our ability to customize our Nova homes the bathroom can be designed to fit our optional showers and tubs!  The Secondary bedrooms are right down the hall as well as the secondary bathroom.  The Utility room is also located in this hallway, and it includes the furnace & water heater cavities, the washer/dryer hook-ups and a utility sink and cabinetry!  A fantastic home, with a great front porch to soak in the outdoors!
